I will make sure that your order is packaged to the greatest degree to make sure you receive it in the exact same condition as I sent to you. However, I can't guarantee that damages won't occur during shipping. No refunds are given for damage made during shipping, but please let me know within 24 hours of receiving package and I will try to work something out with you.
